Day two of the workshop Unlocking Business Mastery brought together entrepreneurs from all over our region. During the event, we delved even deeper into the topics of customer acquisition and retention. We discussed strategies for both online and offline marketing, and tested various approaches for the participants own businesses.
The key focus of the second day was on creating quality leads, conversion, and customer retention. While there was some theory, most of the time was spent by participants working on practical marketing tasks. This allowed the participants to generate fresh ideas for their businesses that can be implemented immediately after the training.
We dissected how systematic marketing works using practical examples. Additionally, during the workshop, we conducted a brief website and social media assessment, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of business presentations to customers.
